We have made the decision to reduce our services to urgent/emergent eye care only until the end of March at which time we will re-evaluate the COVID-19 situation.
What does this mean?
Although the physical office will be closed, there will be someone available to answer questions, place contact lens orders, schedule urgent/emergent patients, etc. by phone from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm M-F.
We are offering to extend contact lens prescriptions for up to 3 months for current patients. If you are in need of contact lenses, please call the office at 616-361-2020 to discuss or place an order.
Dr. Holser is still available for red eyes, sudden vision changes, injuries, or other urgent issues for both new and established patients. Please call the office at 616-361-2020.
If you have glasses ready for pickup, we will be at the office Wednesday, March 18 until 5 pm, Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20 from 10:00am until 2:00pm for curbside pickup. Please call when you arrive and we will deliver to your car. For glasses orders yet to arrive, we will be shipping to your home beginning Monday, March 23. Frame adjustments can be made once we return to full service in our office. Please call the office with questions.
Contact lens orders will be shipped to you. Annual supplies have free shipping and shipping costs will be passed along with less than annual supplies.
